Connect any CAN device and record the decoded CAN frames in a non-volatile memory!
CAN datalogger is an advanced logger device that can acquire raw CAN bus frames from a vehicle or any industrial device and record the decoded physical data in internal storage. The DBC file for the desired CAN device can be uploaded using a customized tool and the device records CAN bus frames independent of the protocols like J1939, OBD2, CANOpen, NMEA etc. Once recorded, the log files can be downloaded in industry standard .CSV or .MF4 format using the same tool.
CAN Telematics Logger is suitable for specialized applications like passenger cars, heavy truck telematics where OBD2 or J1939 telematics data need to be acquired from the CAN bus with the DBC file provided by OEM. This device offers ease of integration and reliable performance with harsh automotive environment.
With inbuilt storage up to 32GB, user can log CAN data for months. The data is encrypted and can be downloaded using our customized windows tool named PreciCon. This facilitates easy interpretation of the CAN data with human readable data format.
With our customized tool “PreciCon” user can connect the CAN telematics logger to the windows PC and configure the device to work with your vehicle. Upload the DBC file and choose the desired CAN ID’s from the list shown.
Device is enclosed in an IP40 rated enclosure that can withstand the toughest conditions. Simply do the four-wire connection and rigidly screw the CAN Telematics logger with available flange provision. You are ready to go ensuring hassle-free installation any environment.
The Classical CAN bus datalogger is ideal for automotive applications such as field testing of EVs and on-board diagnostics enabling ease in vehicle servicing.

Smart farming uses J1939 telematics to monitor and optimize the performance of heavy-duty agricultural machinery, such as tractors or harvesters, during field operations. Our cost efficient, standalone telematics logger can be connected to the CAN bus of the agricultural equipment via the J1939 connector.
The logger acquires the J1939 frames based on the uploaded DBC and stores the decoded data in its internal memory device. Later, the recorded data can be easily downloaded via USB using the custom PreciCon application. These decoded data can be used to diagnose the issues in both mechanical and electronic units. The telematics logger supports real-time monitoring of engine parameters, fuel usage, and operational efficiency, helping farmers optimize machinery performance. This solution provides actionable insights for maintenance planning, reducing downtime and improving overall productivity.

Most of the truck owners require a performance monitoring system since the fuel and truck maintenance costs half of the vehicle fleet.
Our CAN telematics logger can perform monitoring of freight truck that can help improving the fleet management system. Our device can log the route using GPS and help offline monitoring of driving, unauthorized cargo loading or unloading, fuel consumption, engine health, etc.
CAN telematics logger will be more suitable for applications where truck owners can manage with the offline data analysis in order to reduce the cost of monthly or yearly subscription charges.

CAN telematics logger is a compact device that can connect to any CAN bus, acquire, decode the CAN frames based on the DBC file and log the same in internal storage. User can download the acquired data in .CSV, .MF4 format using the PreciCon software.
