It is capable of supporting any type of serial protocols such as Modbus RTU/ASCII, custom request/response and produce/consume. This device can also operate as an MQTT/HTTPS gateway that ensures secure data communication between your device and cloud server.

Smart meters connected through our HTTPS gateway can be monitored and controlled remotely for reading the energy consumptions, water or gas usages. Plug your RS232 enabled devices via standard DB9 connector and effortlessly configure the HTTPS gateway via PreciCon configurator tool provided with the device.
Cloud URL and certificates can be updated using the configurator tool ensuring secure cloud communication. The PreciCon tool also facilitates configuring the serial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/ASCII, custom request response or produce/consume, and the cloud data upload based on time interval or edge intelligence.

Our ready-to-deploy, RS232 based serial IIoT gateways can quickly connect with industry-leading temperature controllers with very few configurations and monitor the process value remotely from our cloud dashboard. This HTTPS Gateway can ensure secure communication and users can also write the set value (SV) into the temperature controller making it more suitable for remote temperature monitoring and control as well.
