Our LIN bus logger is a LIN bus is a more stable and low-cost alternative for CAN bus in automotives. Similar to CAN bus logging/analyzer device, LIN analyzers are more vital for any OEM development team to perform the offline LIN bus diagnostics.
Our LIN bus logger device is a standalone device designed to connect to any LIN-enabled device, capture and store LIN bus data in non-volatile memory. It records raw LIN frames and the same can be easily extracted via USB using a custom Windows software. Its compact design ensures it fits in bench setup or inside a vehicle, making it ideal for device developments and field testing. Our custom software offers a user-friendly interface, allowing for downloading and quick analysis of LIN bus data.
Acquired LIN data are available in inbuilt micro-SD card storage which stores the data more securely with encryption. The stored data can be decrypted and viewed using the PreciCon tool.
Connect the LIN bus logger device to your computer to configure the device to work with your vehicle using the free configuration tool PreciCon. You can configure this LIN analyzer as a Master or Slave.
Durable, robust ABS plastic enclosure can withstand the toughest conditions. Rigidly screw your adapter with available flange arrangement and get ready to log the data without interruptions.
The LIN bus datalogger is ideal for automotive applications such as field testing of EVs and on-board diagnostics enabling ease in vehicle servicing.

Our LIN datalogger can be connected to the HVAC system’s LIN bus to monitor and log communication traffic between the master device (controller) and the slave devices (sensors and actuators). Once the LIN analyzer is connected, the system's communication is monitored in real time. This allows for troubleshooting and analysis of any issues that may arise within the HVAC system, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. The LIN datalogger can also provide valuable data for maintenance and future system improvements. Users can capture, and store LIN frames using the PreciCon software, making it easy to identify faults or anomalies in the system. The device supports long-duration logging, allowing analysis of intermittent issues that occur during extended operation. Its compact, plug-and-play design ensures quick installation without disrupting normal system operations. Ideal for both R&D labs and field diagnostics, it provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for optimizing HVAC performance.

Our LIN analyzer can monitor and help troubleshooting the communication on the LIN bus involved in door control systems in a car. Connect the offline LIN analyzer and start capturing real-time data as the door is opened or closed and when lock/unlock commands are issued. This data can then be analyzed to identify any issues or malfunctions within the door control system. Additionally, LIN analyzers can also help in diagnosing problems related to communication errors or signal interference on the LIN bus. The captured LIN frames can be logged using the PreciCon software, enabling easy visualization and analysis of the door system’s behavior. This makes it an ideal tool for engineers and service technicians to ensure reliable door functionality and troubleshoot communication-related issues efficiently.

LIN bus logger is low-cost offline LIN analyzer tool that can be used to record and download the LIN bus data. It is very useful tool for OEM development team for developing and field-testing.
